Jacob's Place

JACOB'S PLACE is a neat and comfortable 2 bedroom holiday shack that accommodates up to 5 guests and is absolute beachfront.

Open plan kitchen with microwave, freestanding electric stove, fridge/freezer, dining, living with reverse cycle air-conditioner, combustion heater (BYO wood), TV, Ipod Dock with Bluetooth and aux cord.

Bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.

Gas BBQ, outdoor setting to sit and enjoy the beautiful views, plenty of parking for cars and boat, short drive to boat ramp at the end of the road.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen plus single.

You will need to bring all your own bedding - pillows, quilts/doonas as well as your linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside

Shed not for use

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted or evidence of pets at property will result in loss of bond

Corny Point has a small general store for basic goods and takeaways, as well as the Howling Dog Tavern.
Take a drive to the Corny Point Light House and the scenic drive to some of the most beautiful beaches.
It's an easy drive from Corny Point to Marion Bay and then onto Stenhouse Bay and glorious Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park.

  Jacob’s place sits right on the beach with the most beautiful views. Then the two bedroom shack has everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or you can go to the pub for a Corny Point Schnitzel! We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Being on the beach, the tranquility and just connecting with nature was awesome! Oh yes and I had no phone connection and there’s no wifi and so it was BLISS! Love it! PS the bed was very comfortable and we slept so welll!

  Lovely little stay with beautiful view, outdoor shower, good aircon, fans and comfy bed. Just need to bring your own things or get them from the general store. Would love if they provided pegs for the clothesline. Struggled getting my paddleboard down the beachstairs but got there in the end. Beautiful shallow beach when the tides in. Feels very secluded and serene. I would stay here again 😊

  This was our third stay at Corny Point accommodation and we really liked the view, the facilities and the cosy feel of the house. Our daughter, son-in-law and new baby joined us for a few days and enjoyed a restful time. The location is great and each day we filled the water bowl up and were delighted to watch the birds flittering around.

  Jacob's Place was our favorite accommodation we've ever stayed at, and we will be back! The house was very clean and provided all the cooking essentials we needed. And then there was the view! It felt like paradise for those four nights we stayed. Being able to walk down the private staircase right onto the beach, visit all the other stunning beaches and wildlife parks the Yorkes has to offer (Daly Head is amazing), and then coming back to our temporary home to relax on the outdoor sofa and look out into the ocean while enjoying the fantastic food from the local general store.
  
  Jacob's Place is undeniably the place to be. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

  A beautiful location, right on the beach. We watched dolphins play from the porch in the morning, and stargazed on the beach at night. House itself is comfortable with plenty of space for four. Kitchen is well set up with cutlery and equipment; only things to bring were sheets and towels, toilet paper, and food. Thank you for a beautiful holiday. Only downside was the shower, which was hot / cold with no pressure, but that's to be expected with a rainwater pump system.

  This is our second stay at Jacob’s Place and it was as good as the first time. Clean and cosy, well equipped kitchen. Just a few metres to steps down to the beach. Walk or drive to the lighthouse. Visit Berry Bay, Gravel Bay and Gleeson’s Landing.
