Blue Line Retreat - Unit 3

BLUE LINE RETREAT UNIT 3 is a 1 bedroom unit that accommodates up to 2 guests, close to all amenities in a great location for your holiday/fishing getaway.

New kitchen with under bench oven with induction cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table/chairs. Lounge with TV/DVD.

Main bedroom with queen bed, renovated bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner - adjacent to door will cool the unit.

Undercover area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Fully fenced grassed yard adjacent to undercover area.

Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels.

PLEASE NOTE –  dish washing liquid and laundry powder is provided.

Dog friendly - fully enclosed yard

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

  Blue Line Retreat U3 was great. The perfect size for two people and access to the front garden makes it perfect if you have a dog.
  
  The bed is comfortable, the amenities are all in good condition and the outside area useful too.

  I regularly stay in this unit. Port Vincent is my happy place, and I always enjoy my time there. I can take my little dog, and he loves the front lawn. Only requirement is the lawn is mowed for our stay, as he's tiny and can get lost in the lawn if it's too high. Unit 3 is always well kept, clean and comfortable. Well positioned to the town, with easy access to the beach, shops, kiosk and the hotel. Both kiosk and hotel serve delicious food.
  Only criticism is the lounge suite, its worn and the plastic is flaking and makes a mess. It's not very comfortable either.

  We stayed in unit 3. Wow, what a surprise, a beautiful,clean unit, with plenty of room and a lovely grassed area, for our 10month Golden Retriever (even had a doggy door).
  Location Location, on the main st, 350-400 metres from Hotel, IGA and Beach, even a Vet across the road.
  Highly recommend 👌

  Good overall stay. Good location, easy access to main street shopping and beach. Minor street noise. Nice lawn area too, but lawn needs to be mowed.
  
  Unit was clean and tidy. Lounge suite is in poor condition and needs replacing. The top is peeling so a cover is needed. Not a comfortable sit. Lovely modernised bathroom and kitchen. Good water pressure. Great pergola area to relax, unwind and BBQ is provided.

  Comfortable place, furnished nicely. Kitchen is nice and modern. It’s great that there is an enclosed courtyard and grassy front yard for the dog to be safe and run around in.

  Good communication/ instruction from owners before arrival.
  Unit 3 was cleanly presented and some updates have been made in bathroom.
  
  A couple of items need replacing, the couch is very old and uncomfortable, worn out, it needs to be urgently replaced.
  Also the microwave is wobbly and the control buttons worn out.
  
  The kitchen and bedroom are well presented and setup nicely.
  Nice TV and table setting.
  Overall quite a nice stay and the outdoor area is very user friendly.

  We love Port Vincent, we’ve been using this accommodation each year for a while now as it really suits our needs; but it is getting tired and needs refreshing. It needs new outdoor chairs (only one chair was there), wine glasses (only one supplied), an exhaust fan in the bathroom, a new couch (the vinyl is breaking off all over the floor). A general clean up in the outdoor area and a decent spring clean inside.

  Another comfortable stay, unit is bright and tidy. Updated oven and cooktop. Lounge needs replacing. Nice and secure. Close access to shops, pub and beach. My little dog loves the lawn area, which needs to be mowed regularly as he’s quite small and can get lost in the longer grass.
