Stormbird Retreat - Port Vincent

STORMBIRD RETREAT is a modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, within walking distance to beach, shops and hotel.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas stove top, dining, lounge with TV, DVD, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

Main bedroom with ensuite and TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, bedroom 4 also has a TV, main bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, separate w/c, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer.

Under cover deck with outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ and TV.  Plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 2 singles.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 3 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$180 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$170 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$160 per night

Bond may increase during peak seasons

  Excellent space for 8 people. 2 bathrooms handy, loved the outdoor deck and amenities. All rooms had fans, very cold aircon in main lounge. Double bed in our room was incredibly hard, found sleeping comfortably impossible. Quiet location.

  Stormbird Retreat is a lovely, clean and comfortable home. The bed was great, the shower good and ample cupboard space. Will come again in the future. It would be nice, though, to have better TV reception- only ABC was watchable without flickering. OR a WIFI option would be welcome.

  The house is very spacious and comfortable. Suitable for a big family getaways. It also got an huge open deck with BBQ set ready for grilling. I would only recommend to bring your own WIFI for personal use. T****** works best in that area.

  The house was great and very comfortable. Only complaint is that theBbq could do with a service and a proper clean. The spark button isn’t working so had to go and by some matches. The DVD player I. The living room isn’t working. Took a while to remove a sticky dvd from the machine but still wouldn’t play any other. Just to make the owner aware of these issues so the next person as a trouble free stay.

  House is very well kept and very clean.
  The only thing is that there are 3 or 4 steps leading to the side door entrance to the house, there is no rails to hold onto so the enlderly or im pared should take care going up the stairs .There is no front door the main entrance to the house is through the driveway side gates
