St Helens Beachfront - Absolute Beachfront

ST HELENS BEACHFRONT is a 3 bedroom holiday house that accommodates up to 6 guests and is absolute beachfront with uninterrupted sea views.

Open plan modern kitchen with gas cook top, under bench electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining, living area with reverse cycle air-conditoner, TV/DVD, portable cd player, radio. Games cupboard with puzzles, cricket set etc. TV/DVD combo in main bedroom and 3rd bedroom, day/night blinds in main bedroom.

Bathroom with shower, vanity, heated towel rail, w/c, laundry front loading washing machine, dryer, 2nd w/c, retractable clothesline.

Large sliding door in living area opens to the deck with gas grill and flat plat BBQ and outdoor setting where you can sit, relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the beautiful beach and water or take the steps down to the beach for a walk.

Off street parking for a car and boat, there is also a mooring out front for guests use.

PLEASE NOTE: Boats are not to be washed at the property – you can wash your boat at the caravan park for a minimal cost.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 x single, bed 3 - queen.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

A beautiful white sandy beach awaits you at Sultana Point which is located just around the corner from Edithburgh. It's a small quiet beachside settlement with all of Edithburghs amenities a stones throw away.

  The location of this house was stunning and we would certainly stay there again. it was very comfortable although the heating struggled to keep the whole house warm.A couple of maintenance issues: The sliding window door from the lounge either needs the rollers adjusted or replaced. You have to lift the door by the handle to get it to lock and its starting to pull the strike plate off the window frame. One of the heat globes in the bathroom wasn't working.The lack of wifi and a dodgy phone reception made paying bills online, getting tourist information online or even booking a ticket to get into Innes National Park a bit of an ordeal at times. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again. The best part of it was being able to take a few steps out of the back door and walking down the steps onto the beach. It was so quiet at nightime, the only sound we could hear was the gentle lapping of the waves onto the sand.

  Well appointed property absolute beach front with lovely views inside and out. All glass front for kitchen and living area. Able to use carport for loading and unloading which was great.   If I had to complain about anything (and I’m being extremely picky here) the kitchen knives were really blunt. So if you like to cook maybe chuck in a sharp knife. But overall would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would love to go again!

  As before ... we really enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Edithburgh, made all the better by the St Helens accommodation. Being right on the beachfront is a terrific bonus ... so we enjoyed so lovely beach walks and our pup had plenty of room to run and explore safely. So we also appreciated it that St Helens is pet friendly ... a bonus for us.
  One concern ... management has been slow in returning the bond payment on both occasions.

  It was the height of one of one of SA’s more extreme winter weekends, but that just added to the charm of our stay. The cottage is very comfortable and it was delight to sit in the warmth of the lounge area and listen to the waves crashing just a few metres away from us. We loved our winter weekend at St Helens and have already booked a second stay. Location is fabulous ... very nice beach for walks and we wanted for nothing in terms of the accommodation.
