Blue Line Retreat - Unit 1

BLUE LINE RETREAT UNIT 1 is a 2 bedroom unit that accommodates up to 5 guests, close to all amenities in a great location for your holiday/fishing getaway.

Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table/chairs, ceiling fan. Lounge with TV, DVD.

Each bedroom has a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, these cool down the whole unit.

Bathroom with double shower, w/c, 2nd bathroom with shower and w/c.

Private undercover courtyard with Webber Q BBQ, outdoor setting, ceiling fan, lounge, TV & Stereo.

Bed configuration - bedroom 1 - queen, bedroom 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels.

PLEASE NOTE:  dish washing liquid and laundry powder is provided.

Small to medium dogs allowed - fully fenced yard

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

$150 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$140 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$125 per night

  Although the inside of the unit was relatively
  clean, it smelt strongly of bleach & dog on arrival & had to be aired out before we could move in. However, the undercover outdoor area was very dirty & needed a good old clean.

  Unit 1 - We really enjoyed our time here. Plenty of parking with large boat and wash down area.
  Lovely and clean, beautiful large shower recess in both bathrooms. Nice and close to pub and shops. We would definitely recommend this place!

Walking distance to shops, pub, ocean. The staff that manage this unit are always extremely friendly and professional, great people to deal with.

  Unit 1 very clean. Everything was ready for our arrival, which was good.
  Three frying pans need replacing as they are in very poor condition and shape. Handles wobbly. They could easily come off during the process of cooking.

  The location is excellent, being just a short stroll to the foreshore, shopping and Hotel/Kiosk.

  We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The unit is basic however very well set out and well equipped. It is excellent for families with a pet or small children as it is secure and completely fenced. The beds are good and we all enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It is a quiet location as there is minimal traffic. It is not far from the beach - a very comfortable walk down the main street past shops and conveniences. The unit was very clean and fresh! It was a pleasure to stay. We will be back!!
