Woody's Beach House

WOODY'S BEACH HOUSE is a lovely elevated 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with excellent sea views across the bay.

Open plan kitchen with microwave, meals area, lounge with TV, DVD, slow combustion wood fire (BYO Wood) reverse cycle split system air-conditioning. Large undercover deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting to sit back relax and take in the views. Plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath and separate w/c.

Twin tub washing machine in shed available for guests.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 x bunks.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Pt Turton offers an excellent boat ramp for the boating enthusiasts, Jetty, community playground, Tavern and General Store which supplies fuel, ice, bait, groceries, take away food, and delicious fresh baked goods.

  We stayed 4 nights in October 2024 and found this beach house to be in a beautiful location & lovely & quiet. We had walks along the waterfront, enjoyed a dinner at the local Tavern & took pics of the prolific birdlife. The property was clean and comfortable. Note: The entrance is at the top of a flight of stairs, so if you can't manage that, then this is not the place for you. The beach is directly across the road but not suitable for swimming. However Flaherty's beach is a short drive away.

  Great Beach house in a stunning location. A perfect place for a beachside, country escape from the rat race. Well equipped and spacious property. The view from the balcony is the cherry on top of the cake.

  Another fantastic stay at Woodys .What a place to spend a few days away, from the fantastic balcony to the fully equipped house this place lives up to its reputation. It’s clean and well equipped with everything you need to just sit back relax and enjoy the superb view . Dee and Sharyn from Accomodation on Yorkes are great and extremely helpful considering we booked a stay on pretty short notice . We have dealt with them on numerous occasions and will happily continue to do so . Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Woodys to friends and family . Plenty of places close by to explore around Turton like Flaheretys beach .

  The whole layout of the house is great for a family with kids room away from the living area so they can sleep while the parents are still up.
  It was surprisingly warm inside during the day, despite being cold out, even without the heater on because of the north facing windows soaking up the sun. We were warm enough at night with the split system on.
  An easy walk to the playground & shop, just over the road to the beach & uninterrupted views of the jetty, Hardwick Bay & Flarherty’s beach.
  Only complaint is the lack of any fencing between this property & the neighbours on the corner, especially as they have a dog.
