CATCH 22 is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 6 guests with a walkway leading down to the beautiful beach.

Modern in design, open plan kitchen with microwave, dining, lounge with TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, reverse cycle air-conditioning. Laundry with second fridge, sink, no washing machine. Hooded Gas BBQ, outdoor setting on deck to sit, relax and enjoy the magnificent views.

Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and bath. Separate w/c.

Bed configuration - Bed 1 - queen, Bed 2 - queen, Bed 3 - double

You will need to bring all your own bedding and linen - pillows, quilts, sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No Smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$250 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$230 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$190 per night


Bond may increase during peak season

  Great property, very clean great layout for a couple or up to 3 couples. Beautiful location steps to the beach great for swimming and fishing on reef. Dolphins and sea live viewed from balcony. Perfect place for a family holiday already booked for next year 10/10

  Catch 22 is an amazing accommodation in Point Souttar. Driving through the fields of wheat and sunflower, our journey to this place was nothing but full of joy and excitement. Arriving at Catch 22, the self-check in process was really easy, walking through the door and into the decking area and looking at that stunning views, we already knew our stay was going to be amazing and Amazing it was. The only problem we had and it was a funny one too, when we arrived we couldn't locate the toilet as it was right behind the front door and when fully opened it's a bit tricky to see. Of course I called the office haha! if only we closed the front door!!!
  The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials , the rooms are spacious though please do not forget to take your pillows with the linen as these are not provided. Beautiful sandy beach for swimming, kayaking , fishing just metres away. We had an amazing time overall and will sure to return in the near future. Thank you Accommodation on Yorkes
