THE PALMS HOUSE & UNIT is perfect accommodation for 2 or 3 families, large enclosed yard, plenty of room for parking and your boat.

House - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 8 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining, lounge area with TV, DVD, slow combustion heater (BYOwood) and ducted air-conditioning. A second lounge room/kids retreat with TV, VCR and videos. Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer and sink.

Unit - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 6 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk, Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk, open plan tiled kitchen/dining/living area with microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and air-conditioner. Bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry sink.

The property has an excellent shaded outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Large lawned area, fully fenced yard. Fishing cleaning facility.

Pillows and quilts provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay

House was very clean and had everything you needed. Only one problem the shower tiles were very slippery and dangerous.everyone had a great time, long time since I had been to port vincent, don't think it changed much.

We were away for our annual boys weekend to Port Vincent, first time staying at the palms after staying elsewhere in the town, there were 8 of us who went to school together some 40 years ago and remain great friends, we couldn’t fault the property or the property management, location is good as we came over with two boats, we could easily walk to the pub and shops, only a very minor thing was we had trouble with channel 7 on the TV to watch the footy but understandable being in the country, would highly recommend the Palms
