Dun Workin - Absolute Beachfront

DUN WORKIN is a comfortable 4 bedroom holiday shack that accommodates up to 11 guests and is absolute beachfront.

Kitchen with microwave and 2 fridges, slow cooker, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Starbucks coffee machine - BYO Pods - can be bought at Woolworths, open plan dining and lounge with TV, DVD, sliding doors that lead out to an undercover paved area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, magnificent sea views from Coobowie to Edithburgh. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 1 Bathroom, 2 toilets. Open storage shed, fish cleaning facility, enclosed yard, plenty of room for the boat.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 1 x tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 x bunk.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.

15% discount on May and Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 3 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$160 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$160 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$130 per night

  I vacationed with my family, there were 6 adult and 2 young grandchildren (5&3).
  Ample parking for the vehicles with gates, this enabled the kids to play safely.
  Everything was very clean and had a very homey feel, lots of extras to make your vacation a success.
  Very easy access to the beach and a short drive to town.
  Lovely relaxing holiday and great for the children.

  Had the best time here for a large family. The yard was perfect for the grandkids to play in and secure. House was spotless when arrived and nicely presented. Beds were comfy which was a bonus.   We loved this absolute beachfront accommodation; everything was above our expectations - crockery, BBQ, beds, new spacious bathroom, tissues, hooks on wall, storage, bedside lights. The owners have gone out of their way to cater for the needs of guests. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, large spaces, stunning tropical garden, different areas for relaxation. Excellent location - five minutes from historical Edithburg, and seven minutes from the stunning Sultana Point beach tucked secretly away behind the sand dunes.

  Even though it was a weekend away this house is always great to stay at. It’s central to most of the fishing towns, quiet enough even tho it’s on a main road. It’s well equipped and has a great view. Walks on the beach are nice as is sitting out the back watching the bird life while having a drink.
