Dun Workin - Absolute Beachfront

DUN WORKIN is a comfortable 4 bedroom holiday shack that accommodates up to 11 guests and is absolute beachfront.

Kitchen with microwave and 2 fridges, slow cooker, Nescafe Dolce Gusto Starbucks coffee machine - BYO Pods - can be bought at Woolworths, open plan dining and lounge with TV, DVD, sliding doors that lead out to an undercover paved area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, magnificent sea views from Coobowie to Edithburgh. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 1 Bathroom, 2 toilets. Open storage shed, fish cleaning facility, enclosed yard, plenty of room for the boat.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - double, bed 4 - 1 x tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 x bunk.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

  We were told to bring toilet paper & dish detergent but upon arrival found it wasn’t needed as it was supplied...kitchen had plenty of crockery, mugs, glasses; pots n pans etc. It was a good location, quiet n tranquil. Would have liked to leave screen doors open n locked overnight to allow breeze to air the house but they couldn’t be locked. Lovely hot water for us both at night but wonder how the small hot water system would cope with full house of 11 people! Overall a pleasant place to stay.

  This is a wonderful location with all mod cons. We felt like we were far enough away that we could relax and tune off from working life but we the house is so well looked after that we felt like we weren’t missing any conveniences we were used to having.

  Lovely location, views and gardens, huge array of games, beds were comfortable and it was very quite.
  
  Property needs some maintenance/deep clean, small amount of mold growing in the shower, behind kitchen sink and unsure if its just dirt or mold in most the windows around the property.
  
  For the cost of the property providing oil, sugar salt and pepper should be bare minimum it was pretty inconvenient having to bring these basics.
  
  We did however love our holiday and great memories.

  A great home in a perfect location right on the water with a beach in your front yard. Well equipped kitchen new bathroom with second toilet and enough bedrooms and beds for 2 families. Very private garden at the rear of the home with a lush lawn and a beautiful private oasis full of flowering plants and healthy green ferns. A perfect place for kids to play with lots of room for off road parking etc. We had a great time very relaxing place with shops, fuel and cafe's within 5kms.

  Amazing place, very clean and great views! Nice beach walks at low tide. Edithburg just down the road. Big smart TV. Easter egg of the place- do yourself a favour and watch the travel vids on the usb drive connected... this lovely young lady 'Sarah' has done an amazing job documenting her travels. Before you consider watching one of their many DVD's, watch her movie 'Africa and the Middle East', so professionally filmed and edited, a real gem. Sarah if you're out there - you're amazing!

  The spot was beautiful, the garden was tranquil, I enjoyed looking at it while we played board games at the table. The cat that hung round was cute , pity it hasn’t got a home.... Bird life was special there as well. Edithburgh is a lovely town as well. The kitchen works well. We always cook when we go away.

  I vacationed with my family, there were 6 adult and 2 young grandchildren (5&3).
  Ample parking for the vehicles with gates, this enabled the kids to play safely.
  Everything was very clean and had a very homey feel, lots of extras to make your vacation a success.

  We loved this absolute beachfront accommodation; everything was above our expectations - crockery, BBQ, beds, new spacious bathroom, tissues, hooks on wall, storage, bedside lights. The owners have gone out of their way to cater for the needs of guests. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, large spaces, stunning tropical garden, different areas for relaxation. Excellent location - five minutes from historical Edithburg, and seven minutes from the stunning Sultana Point beach tucked secretly away behind the sand dunes.

  Even though it was a weekend away this house is always great to stay at. It’s central to most of the fishing towns, quiet enough even tho it’s on a main road. It’s well equipped and has a great view. Walks on the beach are nice as is sitting out the back watching the bird life while having a drink.
